My car visor on the driver side was broken and I had...

My car visor on the driver side was broken and I had ordered a replacement and tried to install it myself. I was successful at getting the old one out but couldn't get the new one in. I called Miller and they gave me a price of how much it would cost. I went in and service advisor Michael Robinson helped me. He was wonderful, he fixed my visor at no charge......he said I did the hard part by removing the old visor. That made my day and if I ever buy another car I will go to Miller Toyota.

I understand about safety policies due to COVID19 but that Nissan is not offering a complimentary car wash is not acceptable, because they don't even wash a car by hand. My friend has a BMW and she went just to replaced her wiper blades and she got a complimentary car wash and they even vacuum her car.. BMW has excellent customer service and they're facilities and their customer service is wonderful

I personally can't give a higher recommendation for this dealer since purchasing my first Toyota in 2013. Great buying experience. The service department seems extremely honest and wants what's best for your pocket book and your vehicle. I know exactly where my vehicle service requirements are but never feel pressured or feel like I am being sold something I do not need. I now own two Toyotas and just took my youngest son with me to pick up my FJ cruiser from being serviced. He purchased a brand new Tundra from the Miller Toyota team.

Courtesy Nissan - Richardson is made up of an excellent team. We brought our vehicle there few years ago and have been going for periodic servicing and maintenance of the vehicle. The entire team is very professional, proactive, friendly, good with keep you posted on progress when you leave your vehicle for maintenance needs. You can either wait there (they have a very clean facility with WiFi, coffee, water, good seating arrangements ( they have enough space to maintain social distancing as well)) If you choose to wait I would recommend taking a book or laptop so that you can catch up on some reading or get any work done while waiting OR you can leave you vehicle, they will offer shuttle services if you sign up for it. Kudos to the overall team at Courtesy Nissan (including the mechanics who are very efficient with their work) and also kudos to Robert Temple for his professionalism, customer service skills and the way he approaches the work that needs to be done. I worked with Steve Fishel on an air conditioning issue on my 2008 Honda CR-V. Given the vehicles age, I was already aware that other maintenance was required in order to have my CR-V in good working order. All the staff here was amazing and so helpful. Firstly to start with Lavonda who was the sales person that assisted me with test driving the vehicle I was interested in. She was nothing but respectful and took me around showing me the departments as well as all the bells and whistles in my new car. Then Byron the finance director was so understanding and respectful. He made sure I understood every part of my contract and genuinely helped me feel like he was their to help me get the best deal. I can't speak anymore highly of him. I love Miller Toyota, I have bought my last 2 vehicles from them and am so pleased. I bought a 2008 Camry Hybrid, and a 2012 Sienna XLE, both excellent. I will purchase a 2021 Sienna XSE probably in November, with help from the Costco car buying service, It saves you a lot of money as the price is negotiated thru them before you got there. The service dept. is very good, always done the job correctly and very quickly, I just wait for it as the waiting room has free coffee and doughnuts. I am retired so I just go look at all the new cars to pass the time. The rear tailgate of my 2015 RAV4 became stuck in half closed position as one of the hydraulic arms failed. I immediately brought my auto to Ira Toyota Danvers Danvers. I was given a Lyft home while problem was diagnosed. Always Reasonable Service Center

I love this dealership, they have always been good to us, even when we bring the vehicle we did not purchase there. They are honest, accurate and never push us to do stuff we don’t need to do. This last service was no different, we got in and out no problems, at a reasonable price. They provide recommendations and let you know what types of services are around the corner, but they never push. I guess you may be able to shop around for better prices but I trust these people and they haven’t let us down yet.

Everything was fine. Zach was very accommodating. I'd very much like to see a ramp or some sort of handicap assistance to get up that tall step in the service area to adhere to ADA laws. I have to be helped each time I'm there, as I'm sure others do. I'm aware you've a ramp on the front, but that's not handy.
